The Process

    1 Prospective Investor completes our enquiry form on the website
    2 Radiantlife contacts the prospective investor and sends an application form, Anti-money laundering form and requests KYC documentation, proof of ID, proof of address and proof of fund
    3 Radiantlife reviews your documentation and carries out necessary checks.
    4 If successful, investor would be sent Intent agreement, NDA and invoice for service charge
    5 Radiantlife arranges face to face meeting or video meeting to explain our processes and answer any questions the investor may have
    6 Radiantlife would send the available properties on the actual market pricing for your choosing and inspection report for the specific properties within your band.
    7 Radiantlife incorporate a company on your behalf if you chose to buy in company name.
    8 Radiant life secures the property and engages solicitor to conclude the purchase process while prospective investor pay the balance directly to the solicitors account
    9 Once the purchase is completed, the solicitor registers the property with land registry
    10 Radiantlife engage our power team to carry out any repairs required in the property to bring it to the best lettable condition with weekly progress updates
    11 The prospective investor would provide their bank details for rent payments
    12 Radiantlife would insure the property
    13 Radiantlife would make application to HMRC for NRL- For Non-Residential homeowners only where necessary
    14 Radiantlife engage our power team to carry out any repairs required in the property to bring it to the best lettable condition with weekly progress updates
